LOCAL BUSINESSES TO SPONSOR BONUS FOR

 DAREDEVIL YOUTH RACERS AT RIVERSIDE SPEEDWAY

 

 

            Butch Munce of Munce’s Superior and Konvenience Stores, and Jane Leblanc of Kids Only Day Care, have teamed up to provide added sponsorship to the Kids Only day Care Daredevil Youth Racing division at Riverside Speedway in Groveton, New Hampshire.

 

            Each week that the Kids Only Day Care Daredevils racers take to the high banks of Riverside Speedway, three lucky drivers from the division will be drawn at random as winners of a $10 gas card to be used at any Munce’s Konvenience Store location in either Groveton, Lancaster, Berlin or Gorham.

 

            This will be the tenth consecutive year that Munce’s Superior has been a primary sponsor of the Kids Only Racing Team. Team spokesman, Jean Leblanc stated, “Their sponsorship allows the Kids Only Racing Team to be actively involved in helping kids get started in the sport of stock car racing. Racing is a great hands-on sport and valuable teaching experience for youngsters of all ages. Riverside Speedway has an outstanding program for the kids and we along with Butch Munce are excited to be an integral part of it.”

 

            “I am very happy to have this new incentive program for the Daredevils, track manager, Dick Therrien proclaimed. These youngsters race for trophies only, and this is a great way to help them out. Gasoline is a major expense for the teams and these gas cards are a welcome addition to our program and theirs. I want to thank them very much for their sponsorship, and welcome Butch Munce back as a sponsor of racing at Riverside Speedway. He and his company have been away from the track for a few seasons, and we are excited to have them return.”

 

            Riverside Speedway will open the doors on Saturday, May 3 for the Eastman Trophy / NAPA All Star Car Show and test and tune day. The car show will be from 10am-12:30pm, with awards to follow and then the test and tune will be held from 1-3pm. Then on Saturday, May 10, the P.A.S.S. Outlaws and P.A.S.S. Mods will invade Riverside Speedway along with Riverside’s Super Stocks, Street Stocks, Daredevils and Dwarf Cars. Post time for this event is 5pm.
